No more crowded waiting rooms.

Customers scan a QR poster, wait where they like, and get called on their phone and your TV.

A queue system for Malaysian clinics, pharmacies and service counters. It runs on the phones, PCs and TVs you already have, speaks Bahasa Melayu, English and Chinese, and keeps your data in Malaysia.

From the door to the counter, on their own phone.

  1. Scan the poster

At your entrance. They pick a service and get a number. No app, no sign-up.

  2. Wait anywhere

Their phone shows how many are ahead and roughly how long, and alerts them when it's close.

  3. Get called

Staff press Next. Their number appears on the TV with a chime, and their phone rings.

One button calls the next person.

The serve screen opens in the browser on your counter PC. Staff see who is next and press Next. That is the training.

Questions owners ask

Something else? Email us at hello@queuenow.my.

Do customers need to download an app?

No. Scanning the poster opens a page in the phone's browser, in Bahasa Melayu, English or Chinese.

What about customers without a smartphone?

Staff add them as a walk-in from the counter, and the TV calls their number like everyone else's.

What do we need at the branch?

A PC or laptop with a browser at each counter, a TV with an Android TV box or a browser, and A4 posters you print yourself.

What happens if the internet drops?

The TV keeps the last numbers on screen and catches up when the connection returns. Customers' pages reconnect by themselves.

Does a customer keep one number across counters?

Yes. Staff transfer the ticket from registration to the doctor to the pharmacy, and the number stays the same on the phone and the TV.

Where is our data kept?

In Malaysia, encrypted, with backups that stay in the country.

See it running at your branch.

We set up your services and counters with you, then you watch a poster, the serve screen and your TV work together.
